CANCELATION POLICY

It is our pleasure to have you as a patient and client. We are committed to providing each and everyone who walks through our door with an exquisite experience. In order to do so, we have a couple housekeeping items to review with you. We kindly ask you to adhere to our cancelation and financial policy. A major credit card deposit is required to book your reservation through our third party service provider Square. Please kindly provide 48 hours notice before cancelling your appointment. Cancellations within a 48-hour timeframe will result in a $100 non-refundable cancelation fee. Appointments resulting in a no-show will also result a $100 non-refundable cancelation fee. Patients/clients that repeatedly abuse the cancellation and no show policy will be discharged from the practice.

COVID

We ask that if you have symptoms of illness to consult your primary care physician.  Please refrain from any originally scheduled appointments for 14 days, including onset of symptoms and/or diagnosis.  Our priority is the safety of our patients and team members.  Additionally, we are recommending you avoid filler two weeks before and after any vaccinations.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS

If applicable, clients under the age of 18 must have a consent form signed by a parent or guardian. NECTAR body•face•skin reserves the right to not accept any clients under the age of 18, even with a consent form signed by a parent or a guardian.

ARRIVAL

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you can decompress and enjoy our services. To maintain the blissfulness of the space, we ask you silence your cell phones and electronic devices upon arrival. Regretfully, untimely arrivals may be subject to reduced treatment time or to being rescheduled to remain on schedule for subsequent guests.

SERVICES & PRICES

Services and prices may change based on variable costs. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or change services and prices without notice to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are being met.

FOR YOUR SAFETY

Guests with medical conditions are advised to consult their doctors and medical providers prior to booking any services from NECTAR body•face•skin. Kindly inform your provider of any existing medical conditions by completing the Guest Check-In form prior to receiving your treatments. NECTAR body•face•skin reserves the right to discontinue a service for any reason to ensure the safety of all parties. All medical services are performed by providers under the collaboration and guidance of Dr. Shane Martin.
